Mini Photo Books

I finished a mini photo book this week!!! Yeah!!! Another project I can check off my to-do list! I made a couple of these last year for gifts and wanted to make more. This one has pictures of my mom's family on Christmas morning sometime in the 1950s. I love looking at the pictures and seeing what each person got for Christmas!

Here is the cover:

This is my grandma. You can't really see it in the photo, but she received new dishes and a purse.

The photo on the left is of my grandpa, who got a new gun. My Uncle Kenny is on the right. He received Army men, a truck and a jack in the box.

My mom is on the left. She is holding what looks like a bathrobe and she also received a new dress and a Buffalo Bill, Jr. book. My Aunt Norma on the right is holding a radio and received an Elvis record and some books.

My Aunt Nette received a baby doll, a stroller and a purse.
This is my Uncle Roy, the baby of the family. He got a football and some pull toys.

I always have fun making these books, even though they don't turn out as cute as I'd like them to! I hope the person I'm giving this to likes it. Shhh...it is a surprise!

I want one! I have never seen those pics before. How do I get copies????? Which one is it for? You can tell me, my lips are sealed!

I'm hoping to make one for your mom, Norma and Roy. Hoping being the key word here! Like always I will probably run out of time! Plus, I'm almost out of the boards for the book, so I need to get more.

I made this one for Norma--I think she'll get a kick out of it. I made my mom one last year. I scanned the photos, so I can e-mail them to you. I can't find your e-mail address though! Shoot me an e-mail and I'll send you the pics. I also have them printed in 8x10s--they're so fun to put out and you can really see the Christmas gifts in the larger photos.

That turned out awesome! You'll have to give me instructions on how to make them.

Hi Mindy!

I just found your comment on my blog regarding the pattern for TeePee's. I have a pattern that is very brief, I will be happy to email it to you! I just need your email address. Thanks for stopping by!

I haven't made the teepee yet, I'm hoping to soon!

That book is so cute! You did such a good job. I have more of those boards, because Heaven knows I haven't done anything with the ones I bought!
I'm excited to see you, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Man, you are way too crafty! I love it! How much do you charge to make crafts for those of us that are totally not inclined? LOL!
